The Captain monitors the radar, when in the office, to determine whether the tour can go ahead or needs to be cancelled. Jean monitors the radar in the office during tours and keeps the Captain informed at all times. When possible, Jean will monitor the weather and call all passengers the night before or as soon as is applicable, of course, nature is very unpredictable so this isn’t always possible. If severe weather occurs during your tour you need to pay attention to the Captain, he will give any necessary instructions and deliver you safely to shore. You will always receive a full refund when the tour is cancelled due to weather.
